Responsive to the needs and age of individual students
Our Pastoral Care program is responsive to the needs and age of individual students, with the aim of providing physical and emotional safety for all students.
Pastoral care at Citipointe furthermore involves all teachers as we believe every staff member is a pastoral care teacher to our students, supporting them to achieve their personal best in all aspects of their life.
Primary School
Our experienced Pastoral Care department provides compassionate care to support students in their social and emotional wellbeing. Our dedicated team is committed to creating a nurturing environment where each child feels valued and understood.
At Citipointe, we do our best to ensure that students receive the care and guidance needed to thrive both academically and personally.
Secondary School
Staff specifically chosen for their skills in helping students deal with any difficulty are responsible for pastoral care programs and personal development, and these programs are overseen by the Secondary Director of Student Care, alongside our student counsellors.
Heads of Year are also appointed for each year level, to provide another level of care to students and another contact point for parents.
